Upon account closure for Terms violations, tpower3 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player without cause, the verified real money balance will be returned within standard processing timeframes after final KYC confirmation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting tpower3 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which tpower3 operates.
